     色譜條件與系統(tǒng)適用性試驗 用直徑為0.18～0.25mm 的二乙烯苯-乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球作為載體，柱溫為120～150℃。理論板數(shù)按正丙醇峰計算應不低于700，乙醇峰與正丙醇峰的分離度應大于2.0。
    校正因子測定 精密量取恒溫20℃的無水乙醇4ml、5ml、6ml，分別置100ml量瓶中，分別精密加入恒溫20℃的正丙醇（內(nèi)標物質(zhì)）5ml，用水稀釋刻度，搖勻（必要時可進一步稀釋）。取上述三種溶液各適量，注入氣相色譜儀，分別連續(xù)進樣3次，測定峰面積，計算校正因子，所得校正因子的相對標準偏差不得大于2.0%。
    測定法 精密量取恒溫20℃的供試品溶液適量（相當于乙醇約5ml），置100ml量瓶中，精密加入恒溫20℃的正丙醇5ml，用水稀釋刻度，搖勻（必要時可進一步稀釋），取適量注入氣相色譜儀，測定峰面積，按內(nèi)標法以峰面積計算，即得。
    【附注】（1）在不含內(nèi)標物質(zhì)的供試品溶液的色譜圖中，與內(nèi)標物質(zhì)峰相應的位置處不得出現(xiàn)雜質(zhì)峰。
    （2）除另有規(guī)定外，若蒸餾法測定結果與氣相色譜法不一致，以氣相色譜法測定結果為準。
