浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司采用"吸附管采樣—熱脫附—氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法"同時測定環(huán)境空氣中甲硫醇,乙硫醇,甲硫醚,乙硫醚和二甲基二硫醚5種有機(jī)硫化物,以全掃描模式定性,選擇離子掃描法定量.考察了吸附管類型,采樣流量,樣品保存方式等因素對樣品回收率的影響.實驗結(jié)果表明:在吸附管類型為多孔聚合物吸附劑(Tenax TA)及硫分子篩吸附劑(Sulficarb)二合一填料,采樣流量為400 mL/min,樣品冷藏保存的條件下,5種有機(jī)硫化物的質(zhì)量濃度分別在5.35×10^(-3)~8.56×10^(-2),6.93×10^(-3)~1.11×10^(-1),6.93×10^(-3)~1.11×10^(-1),1.01×10^(-2)~1.61×10^(-1),1.01×10^(-2)~1.68×10^(-1) mg/m^(3)的范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系;當(dāng)采樣體積為10 L時,方法檢出限為1.13×10^(-3)~2.80×10^(-3) mg/m^(3),相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.76%~7.73%,加標(biāo)回收率為78.5%~106.0%.對實際樣品的測定結(jié)果與GB/T 14678—1993方法無顯著性差異.
